Our role
Mouth Strips Source
We are an independent procurement coordination service for US business buyers. We help organize requirements, approach candidate factories and compare quotation scope. We are not a mouth strip manufacturer, authorized brand representative, medical provider or source of individual-use advice. Each supplier is responsible for confirming its proposed product and evidence, while each buyer retains final approval.
Responsibilities begin with a clear record
A procurement record distinguishes what the buyer requests from what a candidate supplier has actually confirmed. This separation prevents reference material, search terminology or an attractive sample from becoming an unsupported product statement.
| Requirement | Buyer input | Supplier confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Product | External or internal format, dimensions, intended channel, requested construction and exclusions | Exact proposed item, material and adhesive response, size range and available configuration |
| Order | Quantity by variant and unit, pack expectations, US destination and requested timing | Minimum order, piece and pack basis, currency, sample scope, delivery terms and exclusions |
| Evidence | Internal review questions, label needs and required exact-product files | Named product, manufacturer and revision attached to each document or written response |
We can format questions and keep versions aligned, but we do not certify a factory, product or claim. The buyer decides which responses require laboratory, regulatory, legal, clinical or other professional review.
Identity boundary and evidence ownership
| Evidence layer | Status during sourcing | Owner |
|---|---|---|
| Buyer brief | Provided or intentionally left open for comparison | Business buyer |
| Public product-family reference | Question-framing material only; not proof of the quoted item | Original publisher |
| Quoted configuration | Pending written confirmation until the supplier identifies the exact proposal | Candidate supplier |
| Suitability and market decision | Pending buyer review with qualified advisers where appropriate | Business buyer |
Mouth Strips Source does not publish invented factory history, capacity, customer testimonials, certifications or savings. If a supplier provides a document, buyers should check whether it names the offered manufacturer and product, covers the relevant material and packaging, and remains current for the intended market. If a field is missing, it stays on the open-items list.
Commercial comparisons follow the same discipline. Unit price is not comparable until the piece count, retail pack, case pack, currency, tooling, sample, freight and delivery scope are aligned. A lower subtotal does not resolve a missing material response or evidence gap. Alternatives receive their own comparison line and explicit approval status.
We can coordinate
Requirement formatting, candidate outreach, exact-product questions, quotation normalization, sample communication and a visible open-items record.
You confirm
Final specification, evidence adequacy, claim language, intended use, budget, commercial terms and the selected supplier.
